	1 hour drive from Alicante and Valencia airports, 3 mins drive to supermarket and bank, 10 mins to Calpe and Moraira
	two living areas, TV (spanish and 20+ UK channels), DVD player
	pool 8m x 4m (pool lights at night), heated Jacuzzi, built in BBQ area, table tennis, boule (petanque), shaded grassed area

You'll not be short of things to do when you choose Casa de las Sonrisas as your holiday villa on the Costa Blanca.

	Within 5 minutes drive there's a tennis club with 6 clay courts, a sailing and windsurfing school and a scuba diving school (with pleasant sea side restaurant so parents can relax with a quiet drink while the kids do their stuff).
	Within 10 minutes there is an excellent 9 hole golf club (handicap required). If you fancy the bright lights, Calpe, a popular tourist resort (10 mins drive), provides numerous bars, clubs and restaurants. More exclusive Moraira is also 10 minutes away.
	Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
